Currently...

Loving Online DIY home decor, sewing, and cleaning products tutorials!  I could watch them all day.  I am hoping to try some of them in the near future. I must say I never thought I would ever say this, but a sewing machine in now at the top of my wish list.

Thinking About My daughter, who turned 12 today!  (Happy 12th Birthday Miss D! <3) & who is also away on a three day sleep away trip through her school.  This is the first time since she was born that I have not been able to sing her Happy Birthday first thing in the morning.  I was definitely a little teary eyed this morning.  I hope she is having fun and can't wait for her to get home.

Anticipating This weekends birthday party sleepover with Miss D & friends.  Should be lots of fun, now to come up with the perfect cake!  I will make sure to post the final product. 

Listening To My dog snore on the couch behind me. lol  I should really turn on some tunes, but I'm kind of in a blah mood today and nothing sounds that appealing.  Maybe if I just push myself a bit I can turn this frown upside down. 

Working On Getting back to blogging and giving this blog a facelift.  Out with the old and in with the new.  Now if I could just figure out how to personalize the templates...  That's on this weeks to-do list.

Watching I just finished last weeks episodes of Sons of Anarchy & Private Practice.  I slacked off on my T.V. watching a little last week.  I wanted to make sure I was caught up before tonight's episodes aire.  There's just no excuse to be two weeks behind. lol

Wishing Summer had lasted longer... *sigh*  It's only October and I'm already dreaming of spring.  I really must get out of this house and force myself to appreciate the now.  When I stop to think about it I really do love the fall colors, leaves crunching underfoot, Halloween, Thanksgiving, the crisp air and perfect excuse for comfort food.  Mmm... Stew, Chili and Pot Roast :)

Wanting To learn how to knit or crochet... or both!  I think thus will be my over the winter project.  My mom taught me knitting basics as a child, but I couldn't recall anything now.  Back to square one, I hope I can pick it up fairly easily.
